is used but in good cosmetic condition.  The chair is missing the seat but still has the threaded height adjustment screw. All manual adjustments are in good working condition.
The frame is in good condition
with the exception of a few minor areas of chipped paint/porcelain (see photo)
.  Paint/porcelain appears to be original.
The headrest cushion is clean, in good condition and adjusts properly.  The armrests are in good condition.
The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of the missing seat.
